How wholesale works (step‑by‑step)

Request the current wholesale catalogue via Email or contact button below to see products, wholesale pricing, and minimum order quantities.



2. Send an enquiry

Use the contact button below or email me (Bernie@bercrafting.com) with:

  • Shop name
  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Shop location
  • Website / Instagram
  • Products you’re interested in
  • Estimated order quantity
  • Any questions


3. Receive wholesale details

I’ll reply with (typically 2-3 business days):

  • Your wholesale price list
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
  • Production time
  • Payment & delivery details


4. Confirm your order

Once you’re happy, confirm your order and make payment. (Via Paypal, Stripe, or bank transfer if you're Malaysian)



5. Production & delivery

Your order will be prepared and shipped to you. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way.

  • The MOQ depends on the product type. You will need to meet either a minimum order amount (rm) OR minimum order Quantity.

  • Yes, absolutely. Many of my stockists start small, and I’m happy to support new businesses.

  • I currently ship within Malaysia and selected international locations. Shipping costs and timelines will be shared during ordering.
