What is affiliate marketing? (in simple terms)
Affiliate marketing means:
- You share a special link to my products
- Someone purchases through your link
- You earn a commission for that sale
There’s no inventory, no customer service, and no upfront cost for you or your customer.
What to expect as a Bercrafting affiliate
As an affiliate, you can expect:
- A personal tracking link for all products
- Commission on every successful sale made through your link
- Access to both physical products (local shipping) and digital products (worldwide sales) that is relevant to your audience.
- Transparent tracking & reporting via Payhip
- Friendly support if you need help getting started
Commission structure
- Commission rate: 20% per successful sale
- Applies to both digital and physical products
- No earning cap

How the process works
I use Payhip to manage affiliate tracking and payouts.
Here’s how it works step‑by‑step:
1. Apply to become an affiliate
Email me (Bernie@bercrafting.com) or use the contact button to express your interest. In the email share:
- Your name
- Country
- Platform(s) you’ll intend to use the affiliate links on (Instagram, TikTok, blog, etc.)
- A short note on how you plan to share the products
- How my products best fit your audience
2. Receive approval
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to join via Payhip.
3. Get your affiliate links
Payhip will generate unique links for you to share.
4. Start sharing
Post your links on:
- Social media
- Blog posts
- YouTube descriptions
- WhatsApp / Telegram
- Email newsletters
5. Earn commissions
When someone buys through your link, your commission (20%) is tracked automatically.
6. Get paid
Your commission will be tracked and payouts will be every end of the month.

- Commissions are recorded instantly after a successful purchase
- Payout usually at the end of the month and follows Payhip’s system (usually after the refund period)
- Payments are made to the payment method you connect in Payhip (such as PayPal or Stripe)

Yes. Joining the affiliate program is completely free.

To keep the program fair and sustainable:
- Only promote using your own affiliate links
- Do not take advantage of the affiliate link by making a purchase yourself with your own link.
- Do not use misleading or false claims
- Do not spam links
- Do not pretend to be Bercrafting
- Do announce that links are affiliate links every time it is used.
- Respect platform and local advertising guidelines

Yes, provided that it is relevant to your audience. You may promote both. Physical products are shipped locally within Malaysia, while digital products can be sold internationally.

You may share them on social media, blogs, YouTube, email newsletters, and messaging platforms, as long as you follow platform rules and avoid spam.

You will have access to affiliate content started pack which includes folders of product images, and product story. You may also receive and simple promotional assets from time to time, but you’re also welcome to create your own content.

You can direct them to Bercrafting for order or product support. You do not need to handle customer service.
